NOTE: Upon further reflection, I'm kind of leaning towards death grip being off the gcd entirely, I havn't played much death knight during BFA because of the reasons I explained in the video; however, I can easily see how annoying it must be for death grip to be on the gcd, and using it while in combat already to bring mobs into a deathball for example.
