Let's Try Hovership Havoc (Alpha Demo)
5Here's my Let's Try of the alpha demo of Hovership Havoc, a mostly top-down twin-stick shooter (with some roguelite elements), in-development by Snow Day Software. This is a fairly short demo, completable in under 10 minutes.
In this title, you pilot one of four hovership classes on a mission to destroy enemy installations.
Overall, I found this to be a relatively vanilla twin-stick shooter. The core gameplay seems fine, but the levels need to be longer. Plus, the combat needs to feel more impactful (both in terms of audio and visuals), and less like firing peashooters at each other.
