As a beef jerky fanatic and as a Youtube surfing junkie...I had to check this out! Took a while to get here but well worth the wait! It is definitely an epic task to cut, but if you like very dry and tough jerky, you're gonna love this! If you want more of a tangy kind of jerky...you're gonna love this!!! I also bought the stick variety but I'll review it in another video and it feels like it has much more moisture than that slab, but I can't confirm till I try it. Still I highly recommend this stuff, it's awesome!!!
