Wartales is the new game by Shiro Games (Evoland, Northguard, Darksburg). In a very dark medieval world you lead a mercenary band in a country facing a plague and lots of war refugees. While the premise is a bit like in the fantastic Battle Brothers by Overhype Studios, basically all mechanics are totally different. Hence, if you like Battle Brothers, you will most likely enjoy Wartales as well. But it might be that you prefer one of the games over the other.

Please not that this is early access gameplay! Wartales has just started into early access.
