I finally hit level 60 and here is gameplay, tips, and tricks for Agency Assessment Floor 1,3,7,10,13,16 and 19.
*These tips and tricks work on any Level*

Start off with your lower bp characters that get a damage boost and equip the character with your best cards.
If you don’t have anybody to join you, you can match and look for the two CPU’s with the damage boost to help you out. You can kick the cpu and match until you find two of the cpu’s with the damage boost.
Floors 13 on up start to use you best characters and find a real player if you can to help out. On Floor 19 and up I have been having a hard time trying to find some good CPU’s.
After Every match check you gear and see if you can switch gear, transfer stats, enhance, boost, or modify gear to boost you attributes. (the gear you don’t use you can sell at the market to buy materials.) 28:40
When switching characters don’t forget to equip them with the best support and active cards in your bag.
