Humiliskate mode! Fun time! Purple Gem is right after the first rail, go to the slope to the left, then jump through the pipes, it's kind of tricky, but keep trying. I got really lucky when I did it.
You can ignore the Penguins...they really can't do anything against you, don't worry about them.
A Chicken house? I don't think it's that good of a market...Penguins chasing you?! We can ignore those too...no wonder Cortex killed them...
After the Penguins head to the tunnel to your right, the Blue Gem is right there!
A Moulin? What? Eh who cares, after the Moulin take the slope to your left, then jump through the pipes to get the Green Gem!
Later on you'll see a double slope to the right after you jump the sliding glaciers. (You know, the one that has a little slope that you can grind on, a valley in between the two, then a high one?) Take the right, and hit the switch! Then use the ramp to jump the gear and get the Clear Gem!
Once again take the Slope but get on the Rail! It gives you the Yellow!
Hey now! Why are we a Snowball? Eventually you'll see a ramp made out of 2 purple pipes, roll on top of that and you'll get the Red Gem!
Dingodile! I'm so sorry about your house! Back off of my Treasure!
