Well, oh well, let's try out this Airship...it IS the only way to fly!...Whoa the Twins! Whoa I get to control Cortex now! Sweetest Deals!
Cortex isn't very fast, and has a terrible running, he has no Melee attacks except if you hit Circle where you do a very long slide that takes a while to recover from. Spamming the square button allows you to fire your gun, usually it's like 1 shot to stun and another to kill, but it varies. Holding it allows you to fire a charged shot (Not worth it in my opinion) and if you jump and shoot you fire a instant charged shot down wards propelling you further upwards and creating a shockwave. (Sort of worth it.) But really rapid firing is much better. Don't fire too much though, you have limited ammo...
How are we here?! Eh, oh well, let's get Gems!
By the yellow circle platform go grab the soccer ball, and then kick it to destroy the Nitros to hit the ! Block...eh, ignore it for now. You have to beat a future level to get the Yellow Gem.
Go by the car, use the Soccer ball to hit the Nitros to hit the ! switch, jump on the car, jump up again, and you get the Blue!
Past the Car go up the stairs with all the TNT/Nitro, use the soccer ball into the explosives to get the Clear Gem! Or hit the Wall of Nitro and then hit the switch, same thing really.
Going past the stairway that leads to the third level go through the hallway (There is a metal circle thingy and a door) Use the Soccer ball to hit the Nitros, hit the switch, then jump up to get the Red Gem.
Up the Third Story Staircase, go to the end of the Balcony (Right) and jump down onto the second level, hit the switch, then walk across to get the Green Gem.
By the Third Story Staircase (By a Door, by a Hallway, Past the fountain) hit another Nitros-! Switch thingy, then run to the area with lots of Rats/Dogs, slide the soccer ball onto the other Nitros and then jump on top of them to get the Purple!
Really
Just blow up all the Nitros! Everywhere! If you see a switch HIT IT. Really. Every single gem involves it just do it. Right now. Blow it all up, I know you want to.
