0Well this place is cool, hey who's that? Giant Lizard!
These are Lizalfos. They jump around and use Clever Sword Techniques, and the Deku Shield can't block their attacks for some reason. Basically they just jump around, attack them while they are attacking, right after if they miss, or while they are stunned if you block it.
What is this? A Wall of Rocks? But no bombs....What the?! Room with 2 Fire Circles....Hit the switch to the left to turn off the first circle, then jump to grab the Bomb Flower, blow up the rock, then run over and hit the button, it'll shut off the second one, they both are on a timer though. I figured this out later, but it works better if you hit the switch with your sword, run over and then step on the other switch, THEN run around and jump across.
Where are we now? Oh hey it's the weird room we saw earlier, except now we are at the Top Area...which connects...to the main room! Hey!
Now we got access to another Bomb Flower...but it can't reach the Giant Dodongo's Head, so we can't use that Bomb Flower to make him see Red...
Go back to the weird Torch Room, you can reach the one Chest now...with 5 Rupees....oh Joy...
