Telma wants us to go hit up a Doctor, okay! It turns out this guy tried to sell the statue, then spilled the medicine one the statue, got it stolen, and now can't get the stink out. Although we can use this stink to track it, so go do just that.
I love running through towns as a wolf. Everyone will freak out and your not allowed to turn into a Human unless you leave, but it's so much fun.
You then discover Telma's Cat stole it, then got mugged by Stalhounds which are at the South Gate and only come out at night. Stalhounds are relatively simple enemies, nothing odd about them, so just keep lunging and doing what wolves do. Then you'll get the Statue!
Head back to Kakariko and Ilia gets more of her memory back...and Gor Coron does too? They both remember a Hidden Village that needs to be gone to. that is at the path north of the Bridge of Eldin (Not very Hidden) So that is where we go next!
