What would happen during that season was simply incredible, scoring 4 wins, 12 podiums, and proving that we was instantly deserving to be considered a championship contender, even if he was up against 2x defending world champion, Fernando Alonso. When the Chinese Grand Prix came around, Lewis Hamilton was leading the championship and was on his way to make history being the first driver to win the championship in their rookie season. But unfortunately, old tires, and a gravel trap got involved..
