NOTE:This bootloader code is for D618.
the loader for D620,D620r,is in the link below.
Bootloader code and follow the instructions given:

then to install the recovery...
download the twrp image from the link given below for D618.The file is down the page.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/g2-mini/development/recovery-lg-g2-mini-d618-v10c-t2854493.
then covert the .zip file to .rar file.
then copy that to ur sd card.
then download an app "rashr" and flash the recovery.
to check wether the recovery is successful....click reboot to recovery....
after that download the custyom rom from the link below.

and the Gapps file from the link below.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=31529.

copy that to ur sd card.
after all that boot to ur recovery and wipe everything except ur internal and sd card.
and then flash the rom and gapps file together.
