Ok here is step by step what to do, to fix audio distortions in dolphin, download es file explorer. In es file explorer, explore to internal storage, locate dolphin folder, go to configure folder, then click on dolphin.ini. in the dolphin.ini file, edit sync on skip idle from true to False. Save it, the audio in dolphin should become significantly better.

Also, to keep the phone cool which I personally found beneficial to the phone emulation or not was to download cooler master by picoo design. Set the temperature threshold to 27C or 81F. Let it run through your phone and lock it for around 20 mind.

Finally, go to app settings, locate special access. This will prevent any irregular app behavior when using apps. All the apps that modify system settings, set them all to NO. The next special access setting, app overdraw, unless the app specifically has picture in picture set them all to NO as well. To add a bit more of a performance boost, locate developer options, TURN ON force gpu rendering, 4XMSAA, and disable HW overlay. This should significantly help you with emulation or not.
