LIAN LI has announced a new extreme full tower case: the Odyssey X. Available in full black, and silver/black, the Lian li Odyssey X can be transformed in 3 modes: Dynamic, Dynamic-R and Performance.
Each version has different features and measures, all characterized by high-quality anodized aluminium with folding glass panels and modular frame.
The case come in Dynamic mode out of the box. It measures 558.5 mm of hight, 234 mm of widht, 575.5 mm depht, supporting up two 360 mm radiators on front and side.
Thanks to the included accessories, it can be transformed into the Dynamic-R (rotate) mode with a chimney style setup.
It has the same dimensions of the previous mode, but thanks to the rotation of the motherboard tray, there is more space on the bottom for a radiator up to 480 mm. If you choose this option you can mount only a 280 mm radiator on the front.
Lastly there is the Performance mode, in which the Lian li Odyssey X measures 596.7 mm of hight, 368.6 mm of widht, 537,1 mm depht, supporting up radiators up to 480 mm on the top and 360 mm on the front.
The chassis has been designed to host components of almost all dimensions: motherboard up to E-Atx including ATX/Micro-ATX/Mini-ITX formats; video cards up to 423 mm in length, PSU up to 280mm in length and cpu coolers up to 170 mm.
On the storage front, the Odyssey X has three 3.5-inch drive bays or three 2.5-inch mounts.
Front panel I/O includes a USB 3.1 type-C, two USB 3 type-A, audio jacks, and the power button.
The design is focused to water cooling. Indeed, it supports radiator support up to 480 mm, as we previously seen, and fan up to 9x 120 mm or 7x 140 mm. There is also an included pump stand, that is removable and adjustable, helping to align their pipes perfectly.
Available in all black, or silver and black, the Lian li ODYSSEY X can be pre-order starting June 21st, 2021, at retail price of $499.00 USD.
