The Lone Wanderer, (already planning on overthrowing Eulogy Jones's slave empire) poses as a regular buyer while putting on a fake smile, waiting for the right moment to strike at Paradise Falls. He's interrupted however, as a long-timer ghoul recognizes the wasteland saint, and tells him its time to strike now. Apparently some stolen armor and stocked weapons are enough for the slaves to break free. So the Lone Wanderer obeys in order to keep his cover from being blown...
