When I think about this song, I think about a person walking through a beautiful sunset pier, strolling about aimlessly and remembering this beautiful place from a time of long ago. Due to dementia, unfortunately, this memory of the pier starts to become distorted and blurrier over time. It's sad that LIbet's Delay quickly turns into a disaster at stage 3, and we don't get to hear it in a beautiful glory stage 1 form (unless you count Libet's Delay from An Empty Bliss.)
