13Life Insurance Corporation of India’s total equity portfolio was worth close to Rs 10.3 lakh crore as of September 30, 2022. However, the insurance major has been buying into companies even post that. In this post, we bring to you those companies in which LIC has bought and sold shares so far since September 30, 2022.
LIC has bought the most number of shares in GAIL, IRCTC, Tech Mahindra, M&M Finance, HDFC, Voltas, HDFC AMC, Welspun Corp, Capri Global, Tata Motors, Divi's Lab, and Info Edge. On the other hand, the insurance major has sold the most shares in companies like Power Grid, Siemens, Tata Chemicals, Bajaj Auto, and HEG.
