During the start of EPISODE 1 you will enter a mill after getting past the bouncer. Once inside you can walk up to the guy at the car and try take one of the shirts in his car, he will naturally call you out for stealing. So now you need to distract him and this can easily be done by walking to the front of the car and interacting with the 'PARKING BRAKE'.

When the car rolls you can steal the shirt from the boot. You will also be given a choice to steal the money which you can use to pay back your dealer.
