this video I went to a local powerlifting gym and tried out the SBD stuff. I did better then I thought however I’m fatigued because I’ve been lifting hard. Anyways it was a lot of fun and I’m currently 7 weeks out from my comp. My girlfriend edited this video so shout out to my amazing wife!!!
