I pushed the speed too fast on this one to get it to sync up with the music at the beginning, and the original recording bitrate couldn't keep up (will try to do better and get it dialed in for fast/high solar sail scenes).

For "good" quality the video sizes are ending up at 4 to 8gb for 3-4 minutes of video, and even if I get it down to a 3-4gb upload to YT, it becomes choppy and goes into buffering a lot at 4k (with 500 Mbps down - have no problem watching other 4k60 vids on YT normally).

If anyone has any tips for setting bitrates for 4k in OBS (with high speed action/movement) let me know:

I'm currently trying VBR 60000 Kbps | 80000 Kbps Max with 2 Passes (Full Resolution) -- although the clips in this video were recorded lower, at ~40000 Kbps | 75000 Max. These bitrates seem to work fine if the movement on screen is slower, but if there are tons of solar sails or fast movement, is when it gets choppy and blurry.

I've tried CQP with values in the low-mid 20's in the past as well, but for decent quality or a lot of clips I'd end up with 10-20gb file sizes for less than 10 mins of video. I also got a lot of encoding overloads when attempting CQP, so I gave up on it.
