To get Wily Tower selectable from the games to play, all you need to do is beat MegaMan 1-3 in MegaMan: The Wily Wars/RockMAn Megaworld. After you beat all three, Wily Tower will appear as a choice to play. There are only 3 bosses and then Wily's Castle, but the fact that you can choose any combination of up to 8 weapons and 3 items from all three MegaMan games makes the replay value astonishing. Wily Tower also has some of my favorite stages in all of MegaMan. They look and sound beautifuly in my opinion.

Next up is Hyper Storm-H. His stage really doesn't have that much to it; it's pretty much your basic stage. I do use RushJet because I was lazy at some parts.

Hyper Storm-H is a unique boss. He has a whopping 2 HP bars! Well, other than that, he's pretty much just your average boss. His pattern is suck you up for a while, then blows you out while shooting occasionally for a while, then jump to the other side while Mettaurs drop from the celing, lather, rinse, repeat. Yeah. Not much to say.
