Lightgazer Creates a Matrix overlay
20Let's make another overlay! I wanted to do something simple like the Matrix screens where the letters fell down and leave a trail that fades away for a good while now. We might make this a transition as well!

Programs I used to make this:
GIMP (GNU image manipulation program) - a free download, and open source too! https://www.gimp.org/
video editing was done via VSDC. - https://www.videosoftdev.com/
That being said, this may be an extremely boring stream, but you may also learn how I create things with GIMP and VSDC!
