Lightning Spire trap is a non meta build in 3.21 Crucible league mainly due to the downside of requiring faster cooldowns. It works similar to Seismic Trap, but with much lesser area of effect. Lightning trap however is not a fun skill (personally not a fan of it) and is not effective in clearing and damaging as other trap skills.

If you are wondering why it takes 10 seconds extra to kill a guardian boss, its because we have 60% of our build's focus on defences such as spell suppression, grace, determination, chaos res, and damage taken as mods to have a relaxing playstyle.
