Most of the achievements in Lili: Child of Geos can be acquired naturally as you progress through the game with the exception of a few such as scaring 500 birds. This one can be done more quickly during the quest where you are supposed to put on the silly bird mask to scare them away. Simply stand in the area in front of the house where they are without the mask on and they'll keep coming back and then flying away.
