Project had me in the first half. Then I started getting strong industry plant gentrification signals going off in my brain. Track 5 being the culprit, all the bodega, and EBT talk then his order at the end, bad vibes. All the production on this was fun, had variety but again started to sound curated for different demographics but on a very social media level. He was vibing, singing, rapping, sliding and honestly even talking nice. It was all clean and he really worked his voice and tone into everything on this. No features, just him doing everything and not really needing contrast. Its a solid release, has a light him version of everything popular from some like old school punk pop, to drill. Throw this on around kids who don't know who Macklemore is and see if this changes their lives. In rotation.
