13Here is an overview video of the 1989/1990 Lima Model Railways Model Train Catalogue of the various model train sets, locomotives and the other items like the rolling stock and accessories that were released at the time.
However an interesting note is that Lima did announce the Class 45/46 Peak locomotives in their diesel locomotive range as well as the Class 90 and the Class 91 locomotives that was also announced. Sadly none of those were produced as at the time. Hornby released the Class 90 and Class 91 as well as Bachmann/Mainline made the Class 45 and Class 46. Perhaps this was the reason why Lima decided to not produce those locomotives in the end to prevent repetition?
That said though. I think it would have been nice to have seen what a Lima Class 90 would have looked like along with a Mk3 DVT had Lima decided to make them to match their Mk3 carriages?
None the less, this is a very interesting model train catalogue to cover in this video and I apologise for the video cutting out as the memory got maxed out and I had to clear some space to finish off this video.
