Lineage 2 : Revolution ( 리니지2 레볼루션 ) เป็นเกมแนว MMORPG ที่ถือได้ว่าเป็นภาคต่อจากเกมออนไลน์ชื่อดังอย่าง Lineage 2 ฉบับ PC จากค่าย NCSoft ที่เคยได้รับความนิยมในไทยนั้นเอง โดยตัวเกมผู้เล่นจะได้ผจญภัยไปในโลก Lineage แบบ Open World ด้วยตัวละคร ที่มีให้เลือก 4 เผ่านั้นคือ Human, Elf, Dark Elf, Dwarf และ 3 อาชีพ นั้นคือ Warrior, Rouge, Mage ซึ่งในส่วนของอาชีพจะสามารถเลือกได้บางอาชีพในบางเผ่าเท่านั้น แต่ที่เป็นทีเด็ดของภาคนี้คือ ระบบชิงปราสาท ที่ผู้เล่นจะได้พบมหาสงครามระดับ 1600 คน โดยตัวเกมจะแบ่งผู้เล่นออกเป็นฝ่ายป้องกันและโจมตีปราสาท ซึ่งทุกคนต้องร่วมมือร่วมใจทำภารกิจที่ตัวเองได้รับให้สำเร็จ เพื่อจะได้ครองปราสาท โดยรางวัลที่ได้จากการครองปราสาทคือทองจำนวนมากนั้นเอง นับจากจุดเด่นที่กล่าวมา ผสมกับการขับเคลื่อนทางกราฟฟิก โดย Unreal engine 4 แล้วนั้น ไม่แปลกใจเลยว่า ทำไมมันถึงเป็นเกมที่ทุกคนรอคอย อยู่นั้นเอง !!
