Link's Awakening (GBC) Part 2 On Nintendo Switch Online
0The continuation of the playthrough and WOW IS THIS GAME ON HARDMODE NOW. The dungeons, the bosses, this is a much harder Zelda challenge than part 1. Part of my difficulty is brain mush from beating this game in just 2 days, but still, these are really hard to figure out by myself. And in classic Zelda fashion, it isn't meant to be played without asking for help, so that is what I did a couple times, no shame there.
The final boss of this game tho.....such a step up in difficulty, feels like I'm playing Zelda 2 all over again. I wonder if you are meant to only beat this game after getting every upgrade possible, because wow was it super hard. Keep in mind that I was using save states, allowing me to do attempts instantly instead of having to regain full health and walk through he labyrinth every time. First you have to figure out the bosses weakness, then apply a strategy, but that takes many battles, and the solution developed may not always be the most efficient. Apparently all the positioning I was doing for the last phase wasn't how you were supposed to do it, but I brute forced it anyway!
