1)open your Data0.pak with archive manager
2)extract the file from /data/scripts/varlist_performance.scr
to ~/Steam/SteamApps/common/Dying Light/DW/out/data/scripts/
3) disable sun_shadows
eg:
VarInt("i_shadows_sun_on", 0)

You dont need to disable the lightning!

you will loose the shadows though.

Sprint Blur is still an issue and needs fix or option to remove it!
