Click to Start Step-by-step, upgrade.
Wait download and install to newer version.
Reboot your pc to update!!!(easy)

#Source List(Strong, Dangerous):
Rule: Change to name of new version and get last package.
File: /etc/apt/*.list
Create a new file name.list with new version or mod default list.
Find name:
as 18.3: Sylvia (ubuntu 16.04 xenial)
as 19: Tara (ubuntu 18.0 bionic)
#Root mod
$sudo nemo
Folder: source.list.d
Open Office-parck...*.list, copy all text. MAYBE rename to .list.BAK to only update with new list.
Create new text file: Newer.list, open it and paste text.
Search and replace old name vertion to new version:
as mint 18.3 sylvia to mint 19 tara
as ubuntu 16.04 xenial to ubuntu 18.0 bionic
#Next open terminal and update.
$sudo apt update
$sudo apt full-upgrade -f
~ 1700 packages, ~ 900 MB download :)))
Vey slow and bugged..... (Try download new ISO and reinstall, quick and safe).
