For set GPU clock offset +200Mhz:
nvidia-settings -a '[gpu:0]/GPUGraphicsClockOffset[1]=200'

For set GPU memory offset +900Mhz:
nvidia-settings -a '[gpu:0]/GPUMemoryTransferRateOffset[1]=900'

For enable powermizer (prefer maximum performance):
nvidia-settings -a '[gpu:0]/GPUPowerMizerMode=1'
