Linux Tech Tips EP#32: AMD Core Performance Boost Tested in Gaming
The latest patches will allow enabling/disabling Core Performance Boost under Linux. This allows enabling/disabling the processor's turbo/boost frequency range. Very useful to still get good performance without the power/heat that higher boosting brings. It is rumoured to be merged in the 6.11 kernel.
