Playing windows games on Linux using Wine:
Sanctum

Sanctum is a tower defense / fps game.
The game features 2 phase of gameplay:
-Construction phase, in between each waves of monster, you'll be able to place walls, construct and upgrade towers.
-Gaming phase, the fps part of the game, were you'll have to help towers by chasing monster on the ground, or snipping them from the walls.

For framerate issue this video doesn't show up full gfx options (disabled some in order to gain a little more framerate; as capturing decreased it further more) But, the game is also playable with fulled up graphics.

** Installation How to **
I've installed this game from steam (wich allready install all needed directx update)
But for the record, if you need to run the game from a freshwineprefix, you'll need to :
-Install the directx update shiped with the game in the following folder : Sanctum/Install/DirectX/ and run 'wine DXSETUP.exe'
-If you got no audio, you'll also need to use winetricks to install xaudio : ./winetricks xact_jun2010 (take a look at the links bellow for information regarding winetricks usage)
