Well the name speaks for itself lol. Here is the ingredients
01x onion
01x can of beans (don't like canned its better fresh but soak it from the salt in water over night and drain it 3 times.)
0x 1 big tomato
Bbq sauce (As much as u want.)
Ground meat about two pounds that for me was two packages.
Olive oil about 3 tablespoons.
01x cup of water or orange juice.
Cap full of Cayenne Pepper or two up to u.

cook the chili down till it almost drains and slow cook it by starting it at high for 10 min then to a simmer for 30 min or more then wash the bowties with cold water drain it then throw the hot chili on it and mix it for 5 min. 45 min to an hr and u got yourselves the meal of kings.
