The Asian pre-qualifier for the third Valve-support CS:GO major of 2015, DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca, will take place from September 8-11 online.
Two teams will emerge from this tournament and receive full travel support to the LAN qualifier at DreamHack Stockholm from September 22-26.
Tournament format:
This pre-qualifier consists of two parts - Open and Closed.
The Open part will take place from September 8-9 when up to 256 teams will fight to reach the semi-final of a single elimination best-of-1 bracket which would give them a spot in the Closed section.
The Closed leg will be played on September 11th and will feature 4 invited teams (Liquid, compLexity, Conquest and Mythic) and 4 top placed teams from the Open qualifier battling in a single elimination best-of-3 bracket for the 2 LAN qualifier spot.
