After, the gang takes the plunge into the green caves filled with odd arrow firing mushrooms (or are they people under ponchos?) and fight Louie, a joy mutant hiding beneath a similar green poncho. Outside of the caves the land is riddled with arrows and four men surrounding Sindy Gallows, looking a little worse for wear. Woofy Sears, Archie Cartwright, Juan Peltzer and Dove Jackson stand between Buddy and her last warlord on the list. Its battle time!

Lisa is a quirky side-scrolling RPG set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Beneath the charming and funny exterior is a world full of disgust and moral destruction. Players will learn what kind of person they are by being FORCED to make choices. These choices permanently effect the game play. If you want to save a party member from death, you will have to sacrifice the strength of your character. Whether it's taking a beating for them, or chopping off limbs, or some other inhuman way. You will learn that in this world being selfish and heartless is the only way to survive...

ABOUT THE STORY:
LISA: The Painful RPG, or alternatively LISA: The Painful and/or just LISA, is the sequel to LISA: The First. It is the journey of Brad Armstrong, attempting to save his adopted daughter, Buddy, the last female in Olathe after being kidnapped.
The events of LISA: The Painful RPG are set in the aforementioned land of Olathe, a post-Apocalyptic area inhabited by human males on the most part.
The game starts in the past by showing us Brad and his friends as children being beaten up by Chris Columbo and his gang because Rick, Sticky or Cheeks took Chris' ball. Brad assumes the responsibility on this and he takes the rest of the beating on himself.
After Chris and his gang leave, Brad goes back home. His place looks more untidy and directly contrasts the rest of the homes in the Nice Neighborhood.
Brad Armstrong: Brad is the main protagonist of the game. He's a middle aged, drug addict man who is haunted by the memories of his deceased sister, Lisa. Fate lands him along a melancholic and violent journey through the pervert-infested post-apocalyptic land of Olathe in search of his adoptive daughter, Buddy.
Buddy: She was a lone baby of unknown origin crying in the middle of nowhere, near Brad's hut. After she was adopted by him and her "uncles", Brad decided to raise her underground for her protection. That until she was suddenly kidnapped. And this happening sets the events in LISA: The Painful RPG in motion.
Lisa Armstrong: Lisa was Brad's baby sister. Being unable to cope with her father's constant molesting and abuses, she ended her life by hanging herself. She was the protagonist of the previous exploration game, LISA: THE FIRST. During LISA: THE PAINFUL she only appears as Brad's guilt hallucinations.
Buzzo: Buzzo is one of the major antagonists on the game. Shrouded in mystery, Buzzo appears as a rather young man full of anger and power. He seems to be directly involved with the strange drug known as "Joy."
