Little Orpheus is a cinematic platformer game where you play as Soviet cosmonaut Ivan Ivanovich, who returns from a mission to the Earth's core claiming to have saved the world, but without his nuclear-powered capsule, "Little Orpheus". He's then interrogated by a stern general who doubts his story and demands to know what really happened and the location of the lost atomic bomb. The game unfolds as a fantastical retelling of Ivan's journey through bizarre and wondrous subterranean worlds, including lost civilizations, prehistoric jungles, and undersea kingdoms, all while evading monsters and subhuman tribes.
