I received a composite/VGA TTY serial from Techokami in a MailCall. I liked the idea of it and have an old portable LCD TV that the battery went bad on. So the plan was hatched to embed the serial adapter into the battery compartment of the TV and internally connect it to the composite input.

If you want to know more about the TV... you'll need a time machine. I'm sure there are better models to use for this. But this is what I have and have a minimal amount of investment in this project by reusing it.
