LMMS Getting Started Setting Things Up Basics
1Firstly it's important to note that a bunch of drop down menus didn't appear in the recording software, so I will be fixing that in upcoming episodes of this series.
What is this series? I am trying to make some intro/outro music, whilst at the same time, starting out with next to no knowledge of how to make music. Naturally I pick one of my favourite genres, despite the difficulty it will bring. On top of that I will be using an open source Audio DAW called LMMS.
In this episode I go over a few basics I found out from some tutorials to get the software to behave the way I want it to, and about music theory in general. Also just playing around with the software in general. Before watching the tutorials I had no clue what a chord was and to an extent am still probably getting it wrong, but that is part of learning.
