so the og value is 0.01666667 and I pushed it to 0.03506667 and even now its still not frame perfect, but you kinda get an idea of the speed difference
my assumption as to why this happens is related to the speedup after slowdown in e3, I believe when it goes from title to load, the game lags which causes the speedup to kick in, and the result to the speedup is what we see in the form of the faster loading stroke, this would also explain why when the gameplay loads, the stroke speed goes back to normal (since it keeps the speed in memory during loading until its loaded, then when it plays its finishing anim, it goes back to normal)
