Logitech Gaming Software Doesn't start up with Windows 8.1 [Fix][Updated]

Step 1 | 0:00 Download The Logitech Gaming Software: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/gaming-software
Step 2 | 0:10 Install Logitech Gaming Software
Step 3 | 0:48 Restart PC to see if you need the Fix
Step 4 | 1:00 If you need the Fix;
Create a .bat file New Text Document-Paste -
start "" "C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\LCore.exe" /minimized
File-Save As...-Set File Name and add .bat after it
Change Save as Type: To All Files-Save
Move the .bat file to where you want it, I recommend the LGS install folder.
Step 5 | 1:52 Create a Task in the Task Scheduler
Windows\Control Panel\System and Security\Administrative Tools\Task Scheduler
Create Basic Task...
Enter Name & Description (This can be w/e you want)
When I log on - Very Important.
Start a program
Browse... for the .bat file and then select it
Finish
Step 6 | Restart PC and it should load!
