Yeah. This mod is called Legacy of Messy Kingdom. Though personally I prefer Chaos over messy. It's a silly mod and I got this a decent while ago. They made it so that Doremy's midboss gives like 2 lives and a bomb which is the reason why I was able to get this. That and some rather clutch dodges like 2nd and 3rd non for example. As much as I love LoLK, this extra has always been pretty meh. Nothing super interesting, stage is more annoying than anything and the patterns are also kinda bland. Plus Junko is a real pain. Anyways, not too hard with Reisen. Just try not to die with bombs in stock and you'll be fine.
