I'm not sure if this bug has been made into a video yet outside of people just showing that hit can happen. But yeah this bug is very easy to replicate which is why it's such an issue. Hopefully ZUN will patch it but I wouldn't hold my breath. Fortunately it's just as easy to avoid. Just reset again if you do restart with a hyper active or just don't restart with a hyper active.

Also apparently Eagle Youmu is bugged too but idk how that one works. Anyways, if you don't believe me you can try it yourself. Even works in spell practice but unless the spell has RNG to it then it won't really change anything. Granted I think there's only 2 spells that can cause it in spell practice and it's Keiki's final spells which are both static anyway.
