【Long Jump, Ladder Glitch, Secret Dev Shop - Salt and Sanctuary】 Squiggy Glitches Explained
The Long Jump and Ladder Glitch are the most useful glitches in Salt and Sanctuary, and they're pretty easy to do, too! Bonus - we're also going to visit a secret Dev shop in the sky!
If you like Salt and Sanctuary, you gotta know the longjump glitch. It's not game-breaking, but it's a movement tech that will allow you to travel so much faster through the game.
You can use it to break the game though, such as jumping off ledges to places you normally wouldn't be able to get to. Also, the Ladder Glitch is performed the same way as Long Jumping, and that has some crazy implications. Basically, wherever there's a ladder you can hover infinitely at a 45 degree angle either up or down from the ladder. You can travel right through walls and sequence break the hell out of this game, allowing you to beat it in five minutes. Fucking crazy.
The Dev Shop is pretty neat too! By using the Ladder Glitch, we can hover over the starting Sanctuary and find an island in the sky. This has a scarecrow, a cat person and someone else that I can't really recall right now, hahah. You can even buy a top-secret weapon, the Jaws of Death. This thing is supposively broken, but I don't know enough about Salt and Sanctuary weapon stats to tell you why.

---[ Squiggy's Blob Blog B-log ]---------------
Hey friends. I know there was supposed to be a Squiggy's ROM Hack Romp video today, but Sony Vegas crashed on me overnight with the lovely error basically saying "Something went wrong, we have no idea what it was." So basically, I didn't have the RHR episode rendered before work today so I couldn't upload it.
Luckily, I had this one rendered and ready from a few months ago, so at least we got a video for the day!
