2017 , the times when Introversion Software jumped on the new LIDAR craze and made "Scanner Sombre" ... a game that in itself created a new genre ... yeah , too bad after it they became a shell of itself and only pumped Prison Architect meh clones ... then original demoscene looking games ... everything becomes slop

so then , here comes LiDAR Exploration Program , a game made by Ken Forest that before made a concept in 2022 just called LIDAR.EXE https://kenforest.itch.io/lidar-exe to test the waters if ... a ghost in the machine would be viral ... and it was ... hence the expansion to it was made ...
