This is the longplay of Mario's Time Machine, an educational video game originally released for MS-DOS and then for the Nintendo Entertainment System and Super NES consoles. The Software Toolworks both developed and published the MS-DOS and Super NES versions in 1993, while the NES version was developed by Radical Entertainment and published by The Software Toolworks in 1994.

The game begins with Bowser creating a time machine called the Timulator, with which he travels through time to steal artifacts from important personalities in human history and use them to make a museum inside his castle. Because these actions will eventually change history permanently, the player character Mario takes control of the Timulator to return the artifacts to their proper areas in time.

In the game we control Mario with the same sprites as Super Mario World, but unfortunately without the same emotion. The game has no enemies to be defeated (only Bowser). The only part with some action is the minigame where Mario uses a surfboard to cross the ocean getting mushrooms to increase the time of each level, but nothing more. In each period of history, Mario must converse with famous people in human history and return their respective items in order for the game to proceed.

This was also another extremely mediocre educational game and, in my opinion, worse than Mario is Missing, because this one at least has some action and fights, this Mario's Time Machine doesn't even have fights. The dialogues are even interesting, but this game sucks. If they made a game in the same style as Super Mario World with this theme, it would definitely be a good game. Mario's Time Machine ranks as one of the worst Mario games ever made.
The video was made with a playthrough (which resulted in a bad ending), but I show all endings in the video via passwords.
I hope you enjoy the video.
