HEYO, ok yes it is bad, BUT AT LEAST I TRIED, i wanted to try it when someone told me about it but I wasn't able to remember the set but anyway i did something so do it and take it

Thoughts:
Spectral Burst, Power Focus, Stretch, that's it, mixed attacker, done finished never to be spoken about.

Move Set:

Spectral Burst: the only Ranged Move it gets, maybe someday it will get others, but until then yet another Spirit Set that gets walled by Tiklipse :')

Power Focus: Kind of the main reason this set can maybe function if you try, i attempted to sweep battle one, BUT it didn't work, but if you don't see ANY Tiklipses, then you are GOOD to go :')

Mega Chomp: Light coverage, das it, also walled by Tiklipse :')

Stretch: Allows you to out speed V. Nimble Gobbidemic with 88 speed, and it also lets you get one last dying wish if Tiklipse set up Scapegoat :')

Yes Tiklipse is a balanced loomian :D

Quick Summary: Set Up Sweeper, Mixed, Damage Dealer, Tiklipse Fodder, Priority.
