I'm heading back out to Riverside. By now, the roads should be littered with bones and moldy clothes. I know there's still going to be a few of those things hiding, waiting for me, so I need to keep my guard up.

Mostly you find them trapped in bathrooms. I don't even want to think about how many people spent their last hours hiding in a bathroom, hearing their neighbors scream as they were eaten alive. The worst part, maybe, is that these people were sick the whole time, and never really had a chance. I still haven't figured out why I didn't get sick, and even now I still try to wear a gas mask when I'm around the dead.

I wonder if any of the hospitals in Louisville managed to figure out anything at all about this plague before they all died. I haven't actually been into LV yet, but there's no way it isn't just wall to wall dead. Sucks.
