The Pieta boss took me a few hours and the Scourged Sister went down on the first try, both in Co-op. Pieta was definately challenging. Starting over as the Partisan class worked well, since he has great sheild parries. Though I did not really get any good parries in on this attempt. A few good parries will stagger her which allows you to deal massive damage.
