UPDATE: After the next day patch (11/3/23 v1.1.286) this tactic no longer works. The Red Reaper regenerates health to full if you go up the staircase or on the platforms and beams. I don't know if this change was intentional or not, but after trying this fight on November 3, 2023 he kept getting his health restored to full. Annoying.

Defeating the red reaper after patch v1.1.282 on 11/2/23. I needed the last umbral eye from him for the Trophy and collection.
