☕ Welcome to Coffee and RPGs! Thank you for tuning in for my tour of Longfellow's Cabin settlement, inside Fallout 4. I used many, MANY mods to create this little "city" (such as my settlement in Sanctuary as well), and I will list the major ones I've used to create my settlement, in the pinned comment down below - Sim Settlements being the main one.

I did not upload this to Transfer Settlements because I do not think it's worth the 20 or so mods you would need to download to recreate my town, but I will, if enough people ask.

There are actually a lot of things I would have done differently, such as additional types of more impressive settlement plots and making the settlement itself a bit bigger. But, the size is the way it is because my computer can barely handle all the polygons as is - even with an i7 7700K and a GTX 2070.
